Our company works with Investors who specialize in Fixing and Flipping Homes and Buy and Hold/Landlord Properties, at a substantial discount. It is a corporate mandate that we present properties with the correct “ARV” and Rehab costs and have found that alone makes us stand out in every market we are in currently.

Once we have a few good investors in a market we will then increase our marketing budget to find properties that our investors have requested. We typically have 3-5 properties per month available in each market.
